Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you're never charged. After that your subscription auto-renews at $25/month, and you can cancel in one click from the Billing page — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the app requires a subscription again to log back in.
Do my customers need an app for live tracking?
No. When you dispatch a job, the customer gets a simple link that shows your crew's live location and ETA in any browser — nothing to install.
Can my team use it without seeing my financials?
Yes. Staff roles see only their dispatched jobs. Managers see the pipeline and goals. Only Admins see billing and settings.
Can I take payments through Service Pipeline?
Yes, two ways. Turn on Service Pipeline Payments and set everything up inside the app — no separate Stripe or Square account needed, with payouts straight to your bank. Or connect the Stripe or Square account you already use and keep your register as it is. Either way you send invoices and deposit requests from a customer profile or the Invoices page.
Can customers book online from my website?
Yes. Build a booking page in the app — choose which services are bookable, add extras like 'engine bay +$25', ask your own questions, and set your notice and buffer rules. Drop a one-line script on your site or share the hosted booking link. Customers see only real open times, can pay a deposit to hold the slot, and can reschedule or cancel themselves.
How do I know when to upcharge a dirty or hairy vehicle?
Set up the condition pricing guide: example photos for each condition (built-in examples or your own photos) and the upcharge for each. Your crew matches the vehicle to a photo, and the upcharge is added to the job. Customers can also choose their condition when they book online.
Can I show customers tint, wrap or PPF on their own vehicle?
Yes. Take a photo in the Visualizer and preview wrap colors, gloss or stealth PPF, and each tint percentage in your own films — for cars, homes and storefronts. Previews take about 10–30 seconds and can be saved to the customer's profile.
Can I put a quote form on my website?
